Meet Our Church Staff!
Church On The Green's Pastoral Staff is comprised of the above four ordained Assembly Of God ministers. They serve in their capacities as follows:
SENIOR PASTOR - Dr. Ben E. Leonard serves as the head of the pastoral staff and is responsible for the ministry and direction of the church together with the Church Board.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - Rev. Loren Gerdes serves as Minister of Music and oversees the ministries of: Sound, Singers, Musicians, Choir, Music/Drama and co-ordinates the Fellowship Directory.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR - Rev. Peter Deleon serves as Minister of Pastoral Care, visiting hospitals and homes of those in need of prayer and encouragement in times of distress or illness. Oversees the Prayer Chain, Visitation Outreach, and Teaches Outreach Evangelism.

“I tried, but no one ever called me” are painful words for a leader who has much work to do and not enough people willing to do it. These words are painful for the person who wanted to contribute, but was never called. These are also painful words for a person who is committed to helping people connect and contribute in meaningful ways within the church.
